This is my wife osha im here renting e representing 5 members we moved to there to San Francisco and here to express our option felt sale of sf water 3 parcels of land that is adjacent to our houses and the sale of those properties will case us harm their described as underutilized those are adjacent to our houses and neighbors weve actually been preempted to use this since 1956 as you can see in the letter we have permission to use the land and maintained it as a garden every sense then weve received no notification from sf water those land are proposed for sale we praerd heard from an Real Estate Agent no idea that was going to happen, in fact, an hetch hetchy pipeline pipe under the land and development was not possible land is advertised for sale to developers and for sale signs r on the loaned that is causing us inconvenient people are knock on the doors we understand sf water is selling several prompts throughout the bay area and were we not here to contest that but we not to point out those property for sale are unique in rental neighborhoods we have permission to use those as on more than 60 years those properties have been allowed to be used by us so were simply here to make the commission aware of the fact the sale of the land a lot directly handler several hourltd in our area and that the sale of those lands is really something we wish we had been informed and here to ask we be allowed to work out a lease or permit rather than having this land is really as you can see from the photos it integrate with our houses and integrated with our yards the prospective of having it solid in our backyard was shocking and concerning to us at the inn our communication with our Real Estate Department we havent goggles a response were here to ask you to consider taking the houses off the market and account a lease or on the arrangement rather than sold to developers. I have something id like to bring up and stop me if 24 has gun discussed i went there the minutes and couldnt find but an issue of openly up our water shed lands on the peninsula i wanted to know where we were on that in the past it is brought before the commission or to the best of my knowledge was never was i was wondering where were we are and if well done that and i do have issues on that. Good afternoon commissioner vietor i have a couple of concerns issues in the past and some of the members have been concerned were not hearing back a response from casey or the commission i know you guys are busy but something we wanted to address we passed the resolution one around Public Access and the lake merced property area the other one about the bam balance that was one thought we didnt have members of the public coming to the meeting but quite a few of the members spoke been the balboa reservoirs and una happy about it arresting on fueling more Affordable Housing so we brought a resolution we thought would be mitigate in the 50 percent more Affordable Housing we we wanted to make sure this was something that could be agreed on by everything as you may know this is as ken tense issue the critics that is true u thought that was middle ground with that, i want to insure this issue is addressed i dont believe the commission has an advantage but this parcel of land is so unique because close to city college tweezer making sure that San Francisco is affordable city college educates so some low income people and elevates them out of poverty and work with the universities the other thing that part of my presentation is part of the citizens Advisory Committee were supposed to represent the citizens and voices there are people will give comments why the resolution matters and take up something simple in the reservoir soon.
