Were following breaking news out of connecticut. A Science Teacher in new town is under arrests this afternoon for allegedly carrying a gun to school. An Armed Security officer in new Ton Middle School stopped the teacher this morning. Eyewitness News Reporter marcus solace has the detail its. Reporter if theres a place in the United States thats sensitive to this, its newton connecticut where administers are dealing with a gun at a school and allegedly brought onto the school by a teacher. Jason adams, 46yearold, a science custody. He was detained by security personnel in place. Newton schools have Armed Security after the massacre at sandy hook. They have the guards in place. They noticed that carrying a concealed firearm, detained him. They responded to the location, and they did an investigation where they found that mr. Adams does have a valid pistol permit in the state of connecticut, however, it is against the law to bring a gun onto a school and so he was brought to the Police Station where he was processed and charged with the possession of a weapon on School Grounds and he was released on his own recog nan sense.
