Overnight, the results of the caucuses were so close both candidates were locked in a dead heat. The party described the race between the democratic frontrunner and sanders as the closest they have ever had in the state. This is where the numbers stand right now. A razor thin win for the former secretary of state against sanders. A 9yearold boy died and a 7yearold is fighting for his life after a car crash in norfolk. Police say the two young boys were thrown from a minivan around 5 last police a pickup truck was traveling on llewellyn avenue when it hit the minivan in the intersection of west 27th street.
