Developing this morning, were working to learn more information after police say a threeyearold boy was accidentally shot last night in suffolk. It happened in the applewood farms neighborhood around 7 30 last night. The boy was reportedly shot at a home on jonathans way. Paramedics flew the victim to Sentara Norfolk general the child is expected to survive. Neighbors tell us its alarming. Deputies in Accomack County say a neighbor saw Bettina Rodriguez and two others steal a dog on matthews road in january of last year. The witness said rodriquez, charlene boyajian, and gordon shell put the dog in a uhaul and drove away. Police stopped the truck at the Chesapeake Bay bridge tunnel and found the group, but not the dog. Deputies believe they handed the dog to someone else. Boyajian and shells trials start later.
