The Department Says it wants to spread awareness to the community about the potential risks from inhome meth labs. Later today, firefighters will give us a closer look at the dangerous situations posed by the drugs from suspects, to neighbors, and first responders. Improper handling of meth labs can result in explosions and at its worst, the loss of life this is why a officials want get their their safety message out to the community. In the past week, police have raided operations in newport news two on middlesex road and the latest friday on sidney place. Three people face felony charges in those busts.
