We have breaking news from the Florida Panhandle. 11 members of the military are missing after an Army Chopper Crash at Edwin Air Force base. Some debris has been found but seven marines and four soldiers were on board and are unaccounted for. They were taking part in an exercise training night exercise along a remote stretch of beach when their helicopter went down. The marines are from camp lejeune, North Carolina. And the soldiers are from the louisiana base National Guard unit. New from overnight, federal authorities are being called in to help investigate an attempted firebombing in philadelphias juniata neighborhood. This happened on palmetto street. A witness saw the suspect run away and they were able to arrest them. Atf and Homeland Security was notified. Nobody was hurt. Later this morning in a few hours attorney general Kathleen Kane will be inside city hall arguing that a judge did not have the authority to appoint a special prosecutor whose grand jury went on to recommend that she be charged with some pretty serious crimes. Now that special prosecutor Thomas Carluccio looked into possible leaks from kanes office. A 12person jury recommended kane be charged with perjury, obstruction and other offenses. Kanes lawyer says theres no legal basis or constitutional grounds for a judge to appoint carluccio with full powers to investigate and prosecute. As her attorney he says shes innocent of illegally disclosing grand jury information, told the truth at all times and the special prosecutor shows bias by ignoring the leaks from his grand jury process president ial to the attorney general.
