A surveillance camera is perched above the scene but so far investigators have not figured out who pulled the trigger. Its easier to get a gun than a drivers license. Police tell us the guy on the left in the hat threw the noose molts before he appeared in this video with a second man. Police want to talk to both of them. Here is a picture of the noose spotted this morning at 18th. The incident comes just a week after a worker at the u. S. Mint allegedly left a noose on an African American coworkers chair. Police say he was walking on elton road when he was hit. The driver took off and has not been found. Cold front is swinging through that will scouring out the humidity. Saturday night clear and pleasant and on sunday sunny and much less humid. It will be a very pleasant day.
