Santiago, according to investigators, killed his exgirlfriend and the mother of his 5yearold son, Neidy Ramirez inside her apartment friday night with something similar to an electrical cord. Neidy was murdered first. The manner in which she was murdered, she had a ligature around her neck. Reporter the victims loved ones sobbed in pain. Police say the estranged couple had a disagreement about her son but it was her new baby girl, genesis, prosecutors say became the next victim. The baby was murdered separately. He entered a plea of not guilty, telling the court he cooperated and its his first defense. The judge doubled his bail from 1 to 2 million. Neidys family had no words for what they heard. He is an american citizen, but he has allegedly commented, according to investigators, that he would get money together and flee to mexico to his relatives there.
