During the Republican National convention of 2000 he physically clashed with protesters. His bike was called and the socalled timoney three were acquitted. Dozens of protesters were locked up at times overnight during the rnc. Since that time philadelphia authorities have also dealt with the occupy movement, the nonviolent protesters for quick equality. They camped out at what is now dealworth park before being evicted by police. We will in answer to your question maintain this posture going into the dnc. And as chris mentioned Brent Thompson is one of two officers who will be laid to rest tuesday and today his family is thanking the public for their support and also asking people to keep all police in their prayers. Thompson was a 43yearold officer with the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority who married a fellow officer just weeks ago. His family released a statement saying they feel blessed and sustained by the messages of support they have received adding their focus remains on honoring brent in the days ahead, Patrick Zamarripa and michael krol along with Sergeant Michael smith and senior corporal lauren ahrens. Palin proved to be a fool and a fraud and she hurt senator mccains candidacy. This year the twist, of course, is the republicans have already picked a pail nonchoosing trump as their nominee so well see if he can improve his chances. Hard to imagine, but hes surprised us all year so never say never with donald trump. Very direct opinion there. Lets talk about the democrats and move forward here.
