Witnesses say a man fired 15 shots at a group of people as they were leaving the club on castor avenue and Port Richmond late last night. There was no evidence that any of those people were shot. Police are shooting for the shooter. New Castle County Police are searching for the men who kidnapped a woman and forced her to withdraw money from an atm. A man pointed a gun at her and shoved her into an suv. The robber also punched the victim before letting her go. Neighbors say they got an email alert from the apartment complex management.
