So this morning on roads that are not treated, some spots may see icy roadways or at least some slick spots along roadways especially north of philadelphia where we have all these 20s still. 26 in allentown, lap caster at 29, mt. Pocono at 22. Were right around freezing philadelphia and south. So currently its 34 atlantic city, 30 for millville and 33 officially in philadelphia. Just a heads up, so this morning some slick spots are certainly possible along roadways. Here is a look at the forecast over the next few hours. We sit near freezing through 7 00 to 10 00. Aundrea clinethomas is live at the scene to explain. Reporter take a look, the seen is just as police found it at about 2 15 this morning, that cab still on the 800 block of brooklyn city, the cab still on, the drivers side door open, the cab driver found on the sidewalk. He was 14shot the 13 times. He was taken to the hospital where doctors are working to save his life. Weve learn willed the cab driver is 56 years old. According to philadelphia taxicab, the company he worked for, he had been driving for 15 years. Police say there are no witnesses, but there is one camera about a block away on ogden street. This morning a family tells us they will not rest until the man who shot their son in a road rage incident is off the streets. This is the car and youll see where a bullet pierced the door. The shooting happened yesterday morning at 53rd and jefferson. He noticed a man in a plaque toyota camera driving aggressively on the schuylkill expressway. Batiste got off and the driver followed and started shooting. One bullet hit batiste in the hip. Something has to be done about this gun thing because you cant just keep sooting people and killing lives and thinking its okay. The shooter drove off. The victims family says his car may have front bumper damage. Batiste is out of surgery and now in stable condition. To a developing story, its the end of an American Institution after 146 years. Ringley brothers and barnum and bailey circus is calling it quits. The owner announced his decision late last night.
