Thats moving out with rain and what were looking at right now is weve got the low clouds that hang overhead as well as the patchy fog this morning. Right now here are the conditions. Those are the live camera showing you what were just saying. Its still cloudy. 61 in philadelphia in the suburbs. Were at 58. We do see a threat around upper 50s to low of 60s. We wont see a ton of warming to day. Temperatures will be slightly warmer than what we saw yesterday. So heres a look at the forecast high for today. 72 in philadelphia. 69 for the pennsylvania suburbs in new jersey. 71 degrees. And in the lee high valley, just 68. Still mostly cloudy today. For months republican president ial candidate donald trump refused to release his tax returns. But now the New York Times has released part of his 1995 tax records which appear to show he may not have paid taxes for almost two decades. The news surfaced while trump was making his push for pennsylvania. He spoke at a rally in Lancaster County last night. Nbc 10s Monique Braxton is live in the Digital Operations Center with more details on the New York Times report and trumps response. Monique . Ted, you know whenever donald trump is asked about releasing taxes, he says two things, im being audited and my attorneys have told me not to do so. But look at what the New York Times has now in todays edition. If you just wake up, first pages of trumps 1995 state income tax filings in new york, new jersey, and connecticut. The times says it received these documents anonymously. The 1995 returns coincides with the period trump filed for bankruptcy involving Atlantic City casinos. Now according to the times, investors saw the value of their shares plunge 17 cents from 35. 50 while scores of contractors went unpaid for work on trum cap seen yoes. And they received pennies on the dollar. Trump declared a loss of 916 million in 1995. Tax experts hired by the times say tax rule for the wealthy would have allowed him to cancel out federal taxes owed on the 50 to 100,000 already he was paid for each episode of the prentice. The loss also legally allowed trump to avoid paying any federal taxes for 18 years or through 2013. And when trum april paerd before thousands in lancaster last night, he didnt mention his taxes at all. Or the times article. He declined to comment. But the campaign accuses the paper of working to benefit democrat hillary clinton. Now trump is said hes paid hundreds of millions of dollars in tax as cording to this statement from the attorney. It also says mr. Trump knows the tax code far better than anyone who has ever run for president and he is the only one that knows how to fix it. About midnight overnight, democratic candidate clinton tweeted trump apparently got to avoid paying taxes for nearly two decades while tens of millions of working families paid theirs. Now the tax returns released from 1995 do not include federal. So we dont know if there were any charitable donations from mr. Trump. He was put on life support after getting shot wednesday. Another teacher and student were hurd when a 13yearold boy fired shots at their Elementary School play ground. Police arrested the teen who say killed his father before driving to the school. The young suspect faces murder and attempted murder charges. There is no word yet on a motive. Today marks ten years since the deadly ammish schoolhouse shooting. The truck driver killed five girls before taking his own life. Three other girls were wunlded.
