Turtleneck. Whatever. Were talking some chilly temperatures out there this morning. I know its only going to get colder from here. We are looking at temperatures that are quite chilly across the map because we saw it clear overnight. When you have that the temperatures can really slip in the overnight hours. Radar and satellite is showing us the clear night that weve been looking at now turn nothing a clear morning and were going to continue with a clear to mostly clear day as well. So good news is the sun will be out later on. Right now, though, sun not yet up. You see from the live cameras. No rain on this time around. 47 in philadelphia. 44 in the
Lehigh Valley
as well as delaware. Well, were at these 40s with winds up, you can see right around 10 to 15
Miles Per Hour
. It feels cooler than it actually is outside. As we get into the afternoon, temperatures will actually be a little better than they were yesterday. Still going to be windy through the afternoon. Well make it to the low 60s at 63 degrees philadelphia through the suburbs, new jersey, about 64 in delaware. And close to 60 degrees for the
Lehigh Valley
. Coming up were going to talk about, though, another slip in those temperatures that affects us by your work week. We have breaking news in philadelphias
Port Richmond
neighborhood. Three people are in the hospital following a house fire and one of those victims is seriously hurt. We just got this video from the scene on memphis street near allegheny avenue. Theres no word yet on what started the fire. Well bring you updates on this breaking news as soon as we get them. Decision 2016, 16 days to go to the election. later this morning. Hillary clinton and tim kaine were in
University City
for a rally late last night. Nbc 10 was on the penn campus where supporters waited hours in the autumn chill to see them. The democratic ticket hit their platform points about job creation, women getting equal pay, college affordability, and defeating isis. Clinton said those items are more important to voters than any distractions coming from her opponent donald trump. I think i have a pretty good idea about how important it is to keep talking about the positive things were going to do together. Its important to give you something to vote for, not just against. Afterward we spoke with voters to get reaction to what they heard from clinton and kaine. Well this election is just too important. Hillary needs to support visibly show it. I cant imagine anybody in this country voting for donald trump. Shes kind of had a career in politics, trying to help people. So, i am voting for her. Pennsylvania u. S. Senate candidate
Katie Mcginty
also spoke at the rally. She is in a tight race with republican incumbent pat toomey. Donald trump made his latest push for pennsylvania in gettysburg yesterday. He laid out his agenda for what could be his first 100 days as president. Trumps plans included canceling all of president obamas executive orders, and deporting immigrants jailed for violent crimes. But before he addressed policy he took on the women who have come forward to accuse him of groping or kissing them against their will. The events never happened. Never. All of these liars will be sued after the election. Trumps threat came just before a new accuser came forward. Adult film star
Jessica Drake
is the 11th woman who says trump hugged and kissed her without permission. Pennsylvania republicans filed a federal lawsuit over poll watching as donald trump repeatedly calls the election rigged in philadelphia. Right now, to be a poll watcher you have to volunteer in the county where you live. But the pennsylvania gop wants the court to change that. For example, they want someone from a rural area to be able to oversee elections in urban centers, like north philadelphia. Critics say that could lead to voter intimidation. We talked with africanamerican voters at a womens
Leadership Conference
who warned people to look out for any intimidation. People think that they can come and intimidate american voters, and prevent us from voting. Both democrats and republicans plus

across the board say theres no evidence of systemic fraud in philadelphia. You can read more on why

Thank you so much for being up early with us and most spots around the region are only in the 40s right now. First alert meteorologist krystal klei is here with the sunday forecast. Hi, krystal. It feels pretty chilly out there as we move along through this morning you can claim the
Clear Conditions you see on your radar and satellite for how chilly it does feel outside. Now on top of the fact that we have
Clear Conditions, we are tracking winds that have been continuing to push through our area. We felt them all yesterday and today, no different. As a result, temperatures are going to feel cooler than they actually are. Here are your feelslike temperatures, feeling like 93 in allentown and now at 26 degrees in mount pocono. Most of us feeling very close to right at 40, 41 degrees. Wilmington at 40. 41 for philadelphia, northeast philadelphia, millville and trenton, pottstown, reading, and lancaster all feeling like 41. Feels a little better off along the shore even though winds are a bit higher because some of the temperatures are a little better off there due to the moderating effect you feel from the ocean. So theres the good news. As we move along this afternoon, sunshine is going to allow for the temperature to bump up as youre going to the eagles and vikings game. 63 by the end of game. Still going to notice those winds, though, for your eagles forecast. 25 to 35mileperhour gusts are possible. Winds sustaining about 20 to 25. So what that 3450e7bs, especially if youre going to be tailgating here in the next few hours, is that youll need to pack the jacket along because it will only be about 52 degrees around 9 00 a. M. This morning and those winds making it feel even cooler. Well talk more about the winds when they die down in your work week and temperatures taking another dip coming up. Remember love trumps hate. Starting out into the mid 40s as we move along into your afternoon this sunday. Things actually look pretty good. We should make our way into the low 60s. Close to mid 60s in a few spots. 64 dover, 62 pottstown. And 60 for allentown. 62 in burlington by 4 00 p. M. This afternoon. Then we drop the temperatures down as we go overnight. Notice they dont drop quite as low. Thats because well have some clouds that scatter into the area overnight. On into your monday morning. Interestingly enough, cloud coverage helps keep temperatures a little warmer in the overnight. Its clear nights that really drop us down. So mid 50s in philadelphia by 6 00 a. M. But the numbers have been pretty consistent where weve been seeing 40s out there. And theyve been dropping over the last couple hours. Now, looking at harmony hills, 43 degrees. Glasgow sitting at 42 and wilmington at 44. Remember these are the actual temperatures then you factor in the winds picking up and some of us are feeling lower. Like right around 40 or even some upper 30s in a few spot areas. Odessa and middletown both at 47 degrees. Outside currently, and we are looking at those numbers pretty consistent as we drop farther south into delaware, as well. Dover 47, lincoln at 47. Lewis beach at 46. And the same for rehoboth beach, 46 degrees as well. We look at your jersey shore neighborhoods, also very similar. Right now, summer point, 44. You go further inland, mays landing at 41. Cape may point, into those lower 50s outside this morning. Your forecast winds for today are going to be right around 20
Miles Per Hour. Thats pretty consistent across the board. Thats sustained winds still coming in from the west which is going to keep us dry. The wind gusts may pick up to around 35
Miles Per Hour. That would be your peak wind gusts, and thats still a little loweller than what we saw yesterday. Regardless it means its another windy day for us so as you step out the door if its this morning or even to the afternoon, youre going to feel that chill that the wind provides. Temperatures here are going to be a little warmer than yesterday. But this isnt going to be a warm forecast necessarily. 64 in summerton and landsdale at 62 greece. Easton at 62. Allentown at 61. Sunny to mostly sunny and that is just across the map for our area. Ocean city at 64. Smyrna at 65 for the forecast
High Temperature later today. Hour by hour shows us scattered clouds, pretty sparse into the afternoon. 1 30, game time for the eagles games, spotty clouds, plenty of sun and lower 60s. Should be pretty nice for the game. Clouds start to clear by 6 30 on your sunday as we move along from sunday overnight into your monday here. Notice we start to see some of the showers that are moving across the area. Were going to have a cold front passage on monday morning. Winds continue, little moisture potentially affecting parts of the
Lehigh Valley and areas to the north. And east of us but i dont think many of us will be seeing showers unless you go further north. And then those start to break apart. Some clouds throughout the day on your monday into monday evening. Overall, though, that forecast is going to be on the dry side for your monday. Chances of rain not returning until thursday night into friday. Well talk more closely about that with your tenday in ten coming up. Krystal, thank you.
