The plan announced today by the mayor would have Rapid Response teams from every block every day. Responding within one hour to reports of homeless encampments made to 311 and 100 cops to illegal activity and the response teams. William bratton says hes hopeful it will finally make a difference. Very optimistic about it. They are service resistent people. You talked about noticing an up surge in the homeless as you walk the streets in the neighborhood where you live. Do you think this is going to make a difference. I think it definitely will.
