People south of here are told to be vigilant as the flood water heads that way. The flood water is receding in baton rouge, but the problems are just beginning for flood victims. Over the weekend. Leaving entire communities under water. One of the weather forecasters said it is like a tropical event, like a hurricane, without the wind. Even though the water level is dropping in some parts of baton rouge, there is real waterways there could crest in the coming days, causing even more flooding.
