Troopers confirmed that one person has died in the fourcar crash that happened just after 3 00 a. M. They tell us that a driver who took off was stopped nearby. Now to a developing story out of Brevard County. Deputies found two people dead in a Merritt Island home. Jason that is in the Merritt Ridge neighborhood. We are told a Family Member made the discovery. Neighbors are telling wesh 2 a family lived inside that home. It was a wonderful family. They were good people. Very good. We see them go to school. Michelle one Person Injured after a shooting in new smyrna beach. Deputies responded to a home on washington street. It is not clear if there have been any arrests. We will bring you more information. New from overnight, three robbers are on the run after shooting a man outside in Orange County restaurant. Reporter a frightening scene in south orlando. It is still early into this investigation and unclear if this victim works at the restaurant or not. The shooting just before 11 00 at 702 lancaster road. About a mile north of stan lake road and east of obt. Officials say the victim was in the parking lot and was approached b by three black man who approached him and shot him. That gunshot is considered not lifethreatening. Police taped off that area. There are a number of businesses in the area. Not clear yet if there are any witnesses or surveillance video. Authorities say the three men left in a dark colored suv and are still on the run. Jason covering Volusia County, firefighters working to figure out what led to a house fire.
