In court yesterday, the 42year old timothy wolf said he didnt see the cyclist because the glare temporarily blinded him and hes facing two counts of homicide. The winner of a woman who died in the akron plane crash is suing the owner. Joe castillo is accusing the owner of allowing the flight to take place while knowing it had a malfunctioning instrument and control panel. The ntsb has not determined what caused the crash in november. Died. And the search continues this morning for a missing man in akron who drove his car into the river or sunday.
