The rally schedule that university of illinois chicago pavilion was called off after large numbers of protesters packed the arena, clashing with Trump Supporters who chanted we want trump. Fights broke out in front of dozens of news cameras there to cover the republican president ial frontrunner. This protesters made his way to the stage where he ripped apart a Trump Campaign sign. As the man was escorted away by security, he got into a fight with a trump supporter wearing an American Flag as a cape. At one point, a Trump Campaign spokesman made the announcement that the rally was being canceled. Donald trump just arrived and after meeting with Law Enforcement has determined that for the safety of all the tens of thousands of people that have gathered in and around the arena tonights rally will be postponed until another day. Tensions at his event has been high for weeks with the protester sucker punched in North Carolina and then detained by police. 78year the next day and charged with assault. Yes he deserved it. The next time we see him, we might have to kill them. The atmosphere at his rallies had become more charged and he has blamed the protesters for the tension. We have protesters were bad dudes. They have done bad things. They are swinging, they are really dangerous and they get in there and they start hitting people. Tonight he said he did the right thing, canceling his rally. I met with Law Enforcement and i think we made the wise decision to counsel. It is pretty well broken up and no major problems it. We made a decision even though our freedom of speech is violated totally. We made a decision not to go forward. I dont want to see anybody get hurt and you wouldve had some people possibly getting hurt or beyond. There were some major problems. You can see the number of people on the street in chicago. Calling for the group the event to be canceled. Tonight he said he has no plans on canceling any future rallies. Massive crowds overtake south beach. Fights break out and the chaotic scene shut down ocean drive as spring break gets out of hand. Police called for backup when the crowd became too much for officers to handle.
