Breaking into the newsroom, new video from india where at least 100 people died after an overnight train crash. 14 train cars derailed and rolled off the tracks. Several of them actually flipped. Right now people are trapped in the wreckage. Metal. They are having a tough time cutting into them to get the people to safety. Still not clear what caused this train to derail. Another developing story in the bay area, Pinellas Park police are investigating after a homeless man was found beaten to death behind a dumpster at the shops of park place. We are getting details in. Officers say two people were collecting cardboard around the dumpsters when they came ro investigators say that it appears the victim was attacked. We are working to determine how the victim was killed and who is responsible for it. Deputies in polk county are trying to figure out what happened in the moments before a man died. Here is what we know so far. Deputies say Gabriel Gamino was fighting with someone in his yard. The suspect ran off and gabriel ran to a neighbors. The neighbors called deputies to report a stabbing. Deputies got there. He died. They are not calling the death a homicide but they are calling it suspicious. If you know anything call the sheriffs office. Right now details are coming in from north port. Police are investigating a shooting, a teenager airlifted to the hospital with serious injuries. Detectives are looking into it. Lets help you infuse the thanksgiving meal with dishes that will make you look like a culinary again just. Executive chef is here with us this morning. Lets start with one of the most famous thanksgiving side dishes. Yeah, absolutely. So, something that i grew up on was my grams cranberry relish. We had it every thanksgiving. Its easy to put together. You recipe. Absolutely. Share the love. So, here we have about 12 ounces of cranberries. Okay. Again, this is a simple thing to put together. A little bit of orange jews. These are cranberries that you buy in a bag. Yes, maam. We will add a little bit of diced green apple for a little sugar. Cranberries are super tart so you have to find that balance. You got to balance it out. That is recipe. Then, of course, a little bit of cinnamon. Now, all you have to do is let this simmer on the stove about 10, 15 minutes. Probably makes a good potpourri. It will smell fantastic. I can smell it already, the apples and cinnamon. You look for the cranberries to start popping. There is enough natural it will thicken up. Then we have the finished product up front. We were talking about how much we love cranberry sauce. Its under rated, too. I think so. I like to put it on my sandwich the next day. Thats what james was saying. Thats what i like to do with it. A great compliment to it. Absolutely. We are talking about tips for you at home to cook for a lot of people. This isnt something you do more than once a year. I think the biggest thing is to go into thanksgiving with a plan, right . Obviously you need to clear room out of the fridge. Eat the leftovers from last week now. Dont forget the cooler living in florida, everyone has a cooler for the beach. That is great for cold holding as well as hot holding. Be sure and implore your slow cookers and hot plates and things like that to keep it nice and warm. There is a lot of prep. I do a lot of prep work ahead of time. What should be fresh. If you are going to, you know, invite friends or family over, definitely encourage them to bring a dish. I find that for those sorts of things, something that is served child or Room Temperature is best because the oven space will be limited on that day. You dont want to make your mashed potatoes monday and green bean casserole. Mashed potatoes are best day potato casserole you can do that a day ahead of time, fire it in the oven. Have the green bean casserole all set. Cut the time before we head out of here, you have a holiday immediately prom. Yes. If you dont feel like cooking all, get a thanksgiving meal prepared by chef. You dont have to tell anyone. You can just come in, pick up a meal, they ever available on wednesday and thursday. We will get you all squared away. Breaking news out of india. Rescue crews are trying desperately to save hundreds of people still trapped in wreckage after a train crashed. At least 100 people so for are confirmed dead. Police say the train and several cars rolled off the tracks. Some of them completely flipped.
