Its the Kansas Department of the inspections by law but they can conduct random inspections if they want to. The Amusement Park however has to hire a licensed inspector at least once a year. This is what we found out. Our affiliate went to the department of labor and found that only one inspection report was on file there. Its from 2012, before the water slide was even built. They found that the water park was not conducting a certain type of tests on the rides that is required by the state. Instead they would test the rides by watching them. We looked into florida.
