The Salvation Army told us only about 10 of them got on that bus. They told us earlier today that they just wont go. The people here say they want real solutions, not just a 90day fix. Volusia county and the stay of Daytona Beach, all of the leaders are trying to fix the issue, but nobody seems to have finger pointing. In the meantime, the property appraiser has closed the office and now the county is in the process of closing the entire building.
