A source on fox 25 tonight is also the member of a gang. Today police saw him they pulled him over right here as he got out of his car he opened fire. He began to fire unprovoked at the officer. The officer quickly exchanged gunfire at that time the suspect took off. Commissioner bill evans says hedley was an area drug dealer and that Police Officers knew he was driving with a suspended license when he boxed him in near geneva ave.
