This all happening after that truck driver, expecting a routine delivery of concrete last night rounded a corner and took down some utility wires. Crews spent nearly three hours cutting off the rest of the power and the driver, stair certified remained in his cab. He said that his truck is entirely metal and he wasnt going to move an inch.
