So certainly this is more than a little distressing, but the members of this Police Department take care of seriously. We have investigated this case thoroughly, went where the facts let us, and resulted in drawing of serious criminal charges. It details the probable cause including a description of smith , running from officer dominique heagganbrown with a gun in his hand. The warrant goes on to say smith felt then smith got back to his , feet. He turned towards the officers while picking up the handgun from the ground and raised the gun in the direction of the deployed his firearm and fired shots at the suspect. Mayes says some in sherman park didnt like heagganbrown before the shooting. You didnt really come across too many people in the community who liked him as a Police Officer either.
