According to court documents, ludke is a registered sex offender. Padilla is also a convicted felon, having served five years in prison for armed robbery. Because the way his office sorts absentee ballots, he says they absentee ballots, he says they can locate ones ballot within seconds, if they decide to fill out a new one. What happens is we pull their original ballot, we destroy that and we accept their new ballot and theyre actually able to do , that up to three times. Much the same as at a polling want to spoil your original ballot, you can do that. You can get a new ballot for up to three times. Patrick he says the last day to submit a request for a new ballot coincides with the deadline to request an absentee ballot the thursday before election day.
