On monday, a federal judge ordered dassey be released while he awaits that new trial. Then yesterday, state attorney emergency appeal to stop dasseys release. Schimel said dasseys attorneys claim his original confession was coerced. But he says even if it was, that does not mean dassey did not help his uncle steven avery kill halbach. Schimel says dassey should still be considered a serious
