They were in a stolen car that they had carjacked at gun point the night before. But before that. At of the end of july Milwaukee County has seen 260 carjackings. The county saw 262 in all of last year. Unfortunately people die every year in our area all because of teens driving recklessly while some local young people are hoping to change that with a project dubbed stop the stollies.
