Out of washington five people are now dead after a gunman opened fire at a burlington mall. Police are still searching for that suspect. Police say this is the shooter and that he acted alone. They also say he is armed with a rifle. The shooting happened last night at the cascade mall in burlington, about an hour north of seattle. The five people shot were inside of a macys store. People are hurt. In Charlotte Police say protesters were dispersing peacefully and without incident. This after keith scotts family released footage of the Fatal Police Shooting that initially sparked the unrest. Officials there were no reports of arrests, injuries or property damage. Well take a closer look at that video coming up at 730. Meanwhile in tulsa a funeral will be held this evening for a man who was killed by police last we. Killed terence crutcher. Shes been booked on charges of manslaughter. And was released yesterday on a 50 thousand dollar bond. Shelby shot crutcher in the chest in an incident that played out along a highway. Crutcher was not armed and had his hands up. Shelby says she believed crutcher was armed and on drugs. Toxicology results are still pending. In wauwatosa one family says they still know almost nothing about why an officer shot and they are calling for more details to be released immediately. Our Ben Handelman has the latest. They arrive with balloons to mark a horrible day. Its three months since jay anderson was killed by a Wauwatosa Police officer in madison park. It was devastating. Just rally just devastating for me. Well deal with it and go day by day with it. Its been one day at a time. But its been hard one day at a time. Investigators say an officer saw park in june. Police say the officer spotted a gun in andersons possession, and the officer fired his own weapon killing the man. Three months later the officers name has not been released. 20 seconds of dash camera video has not been made public, even though the Milwaukee CountyDistricts Attorneys Office has given tosa police the green light. We want this officers name out. We want to know why this officer do what he did. What did jay do wrong . My son should have been home, with a ticket, but its devastating to see that bring it a Wauwatosa Police spokesperson says they will not release details in bits and pieces, and all of the information will be released at once, once the das investigation is over. Honoring the two young lives lost. Nats at the corner of 76th and nats that has become a place of deep sorrow. Its just tragic. 20yearold keemari canady and her boyfriend 21yearold Johnathan Tucker were both killed in the crash here thursday. Its terrible. I mean, thats my grand baby. Charlene martin struggles as she remembers her granddaughter. I cant touch her no more tears. I cant hear her call me once full of life taken suddenly. I just wish she was still here. Martin says canady and tucker were inseperable. Thursday morning mdash;the two were driving together tucker behind the wheel, canady in the passenger seat when they crashed into a woodchipper. Canady died at the scene, tucker died later at the hospital. People just slow down. Please slow down. The estimated speeds were approximately 70 to 80 miles per hour. Police say there has been an uptick in serious and fatal crashes, especially among young people. Stop at red lights. Stop at stop signs and just drive with care and caution. Arrested for trying to meet a 9 Year Old Girl for sex in racine county. David baker was allegedly trying to trade child porn with an undercover detective he met on craigslist. As part of the deal baker was also offered to have sex with a 9 Year Old Girl. When baker arrived at a park and ride near racine he was taken into custody. In the day ahead Governor Walker is expected to get a first hand look at he is set to visit gays mills today a village in Crawford County where most of the streets are now underwater.
