Boat owners filed a lawsuit but the judge cited with the park service giving the boat owners until february 279 to relocate. Now the owners claim other nearby marinas are ful expensive. They cant say youre out of here. 30 boats remain here and a number of them will be abandoned because the owners have no other options. Some people that left sold boats for nothing.
