Jeff this friend of 28yearold ashley moore who does not want to reveal her identity called ashley a loving mother and wife who often spoke out against heroin. That is what was so shocking to me. The know heroin was across street for us. Jeff early on the mo february 26, Authorities Say 39yearold William Moore called 911 saying his wife overdosed at their home. Moore later admitting he had given ashley the fatal shot. Moore has been charged with firstdegree murder and child abuse and neglect. They love each other so much. They were so in love. So there is no way he did it purposefully. It had to have been the influence of the drugs. They were a lively group of peak with a little daughter and a little boy.
