They dont appreciate how kind president obama was to them. Not me. Iran is not backing down. They admit they conduct admissible test but also say it was not in violation of either United Nations resolutions or Irans Nuclear deal with world powers. Lawmakers are on board with sanction against iran but not for an executive order. I would support the idea of new sanctions. Trump also thanking australian leader for telling the truth about our very civil conversation that Fake News Media lied about. The day before, trump was brushing off the controversy that is restrain. And meeting with his council, the president reacted to the first Labor Department jobs report of his presidency, an economy he inherited from president obama. In january, the u. S. Economy added 227,000 jobs. Much more than expected. President trump great spirit in the country right now. So were very happy about that. I think that its going to continue. Were bringing back jobs. The nomination has been controversial since devos was nominated for the job. Chuck schumer called her the worst nominee ever. Meantime new this noon the controversy over President Trumps travel sanctions being taken up in a federal courtroom in alexandria. Suzanne kennedy joins us live with what weve learned. This hearing just wrapped up a short time ago. The lawsuit was filed against the u. S. Government by two yemeni brothers denied access through duluth airport as well as a woman who was trying to enter the country from that same plane on a fiance visa. The brothers issue has been settled. But the bigger issue here was brought to the attention by attorney general who said the commonwealth of virginia wanted to join this lawsuit in order to protect residents of the commonwealth of virginia. People visas as well as students. The judge about an hour ruled that the state could join this lawsuit. We were going to hear from the attorney general about his reaction to it as well hear from one of the lawyers who was representing the fiance who is not allowed to enter the country. I am really pleased that the judge recognize that real harm was happening in virginia to virginia residents, to our colleges and universities and to businesses in virginia. Thankfully, the commonwealth of virginia is now in the case. When my client returned as the government has offered to be, then well be out of the case. But there is a continued interest to get judges to determine whether or not this issue, this is order is constitutional. We also heard testimony in court today that in the days following this travel ban, this executive place 100,000 visas were revoked. The judge who presided over the 9 11 cases spoke out in court today saying that she has never had so much public outpouring hearing from people in the community about something as she has heard from this case she want says this order touched somethings in the United States that she has never seen before. She says this order was issued so quickly not all the thought that should have gone into it went into it. These issues will be brought up t a hearing next friday. Back to you. Jummy thank you, suzanne. A judge in Montgomery County dismissed first lady melania trumps libel lawsuit against britains daily mail newspaper over an article that said she had worked as an escort. The Fire Department tells me that people in the area need to get used to seeing all the smoke billowing from the building. Q when it comes to a cause, this is still up in the air. They dont know. Theyre investigating. When it comes to where this started, it started on the flipping floor. Thats where the trash trucks come over and dump their trash into the huge resep tal. Thats where the fire started and then it extended into the rest of the building.
