Reporter the driverred headed for a nearby Traffic Circle and continued to speed erratically around the west front of the capitol billion. A short time later her car jumped a curb and finally came to say stop on the east side of the capitol. She had been shot multiple times and later died. Inside the car, police found a young child and quickly rushed her to safety inside a nearby Senate Office building. The bizarre incident began shortly after 2 00, about a mile and a half away near the white house. Sources say the black infinity hit a barricade at the Northeast Corner of the white house complex. Investigators do not know if the driver tried to ram the security lockade or simply sideswiped it.
