Fitzgerald is facing murder and child abuse charges in the death of her 2yearold son. Police say she stabbed her son paris to death and then cut her own throat. When officers arrived at her home this weekend, they found 32yearold nicole fitzgerald, standing in a stairwell, holding a knife pointed at herself. Her toddler son was dead on the floor, from multiple stab wounds to the neck. Fitzgerald is also charged with assault and reckless endangerment. Mary . Denise, thank you. The little boys aunt and uncle say fitz gerald has been dealing with Mental Health problems. New charges filed against a baltimore blogger who broadcast his standoff with police. Sky eye chopper 13 was over the scene. Three cars were involved in the accident. Pedaya was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people suffered nonlifethreatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation. Hurricane sandy slammed into chrisfield, maryland, causing extensive damage. The state asked for help from fema.
