New allegations today against former elmo puppeteer, cleven clash. Reporter the kevin clash. The attorney representing two of the previous three accusers is now representing another accuser. These new allegations involve a teenager who was 16 or 17 when he met clash in late 1995 or 1996. The unnamed teenager says he met clash in miami and clash later paid for him to travel to new york, where the assault took place. Clash became the voice of elmo more than a quarter century ago. Clash left the show november 20th, after two accusers came forward. He has admitted to having a relationship with only one of them. Mary, back to you. Clash has not been charged with any crime. Former imf head, Dominique Strausskahn settles a lawsuits with a woman suing him for Sexual Assault. A New York State Supreme Court justice said today after lengthy negotiations that the parties came together today. This woman sued strausskahn for an alleged Sexual Assault in a hotel where she works. The amount of the settlement is being kept confidential. Their jobs are kept secret. But the secret service says they some information about their agents and informants slip on the d. C. Metro. Christie ileto explains. Reporter details with private information, left on the d. C. Red line. It really did happen, back in 2008. And our cbs station in washington, d. C. Said its no secret the secret service is now being investigated by the inspector general. Any time when you have a compromise of information that could somehow put into play an agent and officers vulnerabilities, then you have a threat potentially to national security. Reporter seen in reports, those missing files havent been recovered, the lost information was reportedly on two computer tapes, headed to a secure storage in maryland. They apparently left the tapes on the train when it came to the end of the mow tro line. Why wasnt it chained to his wrist with a handcuff in a case the second he stood up, said, i think i need to grab it. Reporter the secret service issued this statement, verifying the incident did need to happen, saying these backup tapes were not marked or identified in any way and were protected by multiple layers of security. The secret service tells our cbs service in washington that they notified metro transit police, and they assisted in helping them try to locate those missing files. But for now, those files are still out there and may not be secret for long. In baltimore, christie ileto, wjz Eyewitness News. And the secret service says its instituted protocols protocols to keep this from happening again. And to date, there have been no reported instances associated with the loss of the tapes. It is day 10 of the manny military hearing in fort meade. Today, the former boss of the quantico brig testified Army Private Bradley manning was watched very closely. Manning said he was mistreated while in military custody. Manning is charged with giving secret military documents to the website wikileaks. Putting the brakes on speed cameras. Lawmakers demand answers about why there are so many mistakes. Derek valcourt has more on the latest black eye from the program. Reports of malfunctioning speed cameras, doling out tickets to drivers who dont deserve them, have raised doubts. Reporter do you have faith in those speed cameras . No, i dont. I would say i probably dont trust them. The evidence is there that people theyre not accurate right now. Reporter evidence of the speed camera problems came from an investigation by our media partner, the baltimore sun, that discovered inaccuracies with a handful of the citys 83 speed cameras. Take this speed camera on cold spring lane, near falls road. Its nabbed 11,000 speeders, but some tickets had to be voided after the camera had recorded the wrong speeds. The City Department of transportation says theyre working with the company that operates these came ras to cameras, to conduct a rigorous investigation into the problem. Delegate john cardin proposes each county be required to audit their speed camera system for errors. And he wants to hold speed camera contractors responsible. Each inneraccurate ticket, he says, should be held a 1,000 fine. I dont care who the contractor is. Each contractor that shmake sure what theyre doing is a legitimate system of monitoring the speed. Gale shows us the dramatic video from florida. It was in bad shape. It was breathing breathing and panting very hard. Jims video shows the lifeless bald eagle, nose down. By the site just north of fort myers. Buzzards were actually circling above. Probably if somebody didnt find them, im sure the buzzards were going to find a meal. Reporter the veteran and his wife laurie called 911. Its a bald eagle. It represents our country. And it is a pretty magnificent bird. And id be hard pressed to say that there wouldnt be too many people who wouldnt stop and help the bird. Reporter soon after, the Florida Wildlife Commission arrived. He used his motorcycle glove to carefully rescue the eagle. Made one quick move, which we made a video of. Then we put a rag over its head. And he was really docile. He really wasnt fighting very much. Reporter from here, fwc drove the eagle to the peace river wildlife center. The doctor at the sanctuary says the eagle suffered a minor head injury. After most likely being clipped by a car. Reporter a day later, after a lot of fluids, antiinflam antiinflammatory medicine and rest, the eagle is looking good. They went to the Center Sunday to see for themselves. He looked very, very healthy today. So were optimistic. And were hoping that the eagle is going to do just fine.
