So, as Colonial Pipeline works to repair its leaking gas pipe in alabama the company is using a secondary line to get gasoline to the gas terminals in wilmington where tankers pick it up to deliver to your local gas station. As it stands now, this is a nagging inconvenience that may last several days not situation where would see the state or federal government step in with emergency supplies of gas. Theres also a frenzy to fillup in fayetteville. Drivers we spoke with say prices are not the issue they just want enough gas to keep from running out on the side of the road.
