Police are investigating an Early Morning stabbing incident that sent three people to the hospital. It happened on winter street just after 4 00 a. M. Thankfully, all three people will be ok. Good evening. Im cherise leclerc. Adam and im adam sexton. Police have identified a potential suspect and are now asking for the publics help to find him. Wmurs Kristen Carosa is live in plymouth with the details. Kristen we are told the stabbings happened right over which is offcampus housing for plymouth state university. We are told two of the victims are students. Police say a 911 call came in just after 4 00 a. M. When officers arrived, they found three injured males. The victims were taken to the hospital. Two have been released. The third is still hospitalized. Police have released this photo of a potential suspect and say they need the publics help finding him. The man is described as African American with a medium build, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. Police tell us they found a during the incident in a backyard down the street from where the stabbing occurred. Friends of the victims tell us they are doing all they can to help police find the potential suspect. It seems to be a ghost. No one knows who he is or where he is from. Everyone from around campus has been giving information to the police. The whole campus is coming together to find this kid. Victims are not being released. Police say the public is not at risk. Police say yesterday morning , this man walked into the store, assaulted the store clerk, and then left. The victim was taken to the hospital with nonlifethreatening injuries. Queen city as the Manchester Police Department Marks 10 years since the Fatal Shooting of officer Michael Briggs. This morning, his fellow officers, friends, and family members gathered at his gravesite in boscawen for a ride to remember. A moment of silence at the state Veterans Cemetery this morning as police and family members paused to remember Michael Briggs, a man dedicated to his country and his job. Then they hopped on their bikes, just like he always did. Came on every night, working the midnight sft hed come out and get on his bike. Thats why were riding these bikes and hed do his job. He did it well, he did it professionally, and he didnt need a lot of fanfare. Adam officer briggs was fatally wounded in the line of duty 10 years ago today. To mark the solemn anniversary , Manchester Police organized a ride to remember from boscawen to the Law Enforcement memorial in concord to officer ralph , queen city briggs served and protected. It was emotional at times, believe it or not, reflecting on things. Adam sgt. Brian caldwell says he still relies on briggs as an example of what a Police Officer should be. Just the way he carried himself. He worked at the Valley Street jail prior to coming over with us. And when he dealt with a lot of the criminals they knew him, and , he commanded their respect. Just the way he treated everybody the same, equally. Ad memorials to briggs is a special locker at the Police Department that officers see before every shift. Every day, we tell all the new kids that come in, all the new recruits, all the new officers that come in, we make it a point that you walk by that locker on your way out of the locker room, you give it a little touch, put your hand on it, look at it, whatever you need to do to keep mikes memory alive. Adam other officers and civilians on the ride say they pedaled the full 30mile route i think its just important to remember our fallen officers and their families and pay tribute to them. It just means a lot to show support to the Police Department. Adam organizers say the ride to remember has been held on and off since 2006. Starting with today, they plan to make it an annual event to raise money to transport family members of officers killed in the line of duty to Law Enforcement memorial week in washington.
