Now yesterday he was indicted on nine counts of aggravated felonious Sexual Assault. He is accused of sexually assaulting them while transporting them. Hes accused of having intercourse with two female inmates. Inmates are people too. Some of them have been prosecuted by this office. But they are also victims and in this case very vulnerable victims. Ray blanchett was indicted in october for aggravated felonious Sexual Assault he was taking to the womens state prison.
