He lifted a couple of times. I kept going like this, like just land it. Reporter inside the chopper was this man, the Pilot Instructor and the student seen here. Authorities say at some point during the lesson engine trouble developed prompting the Emergency Landing and this call the helicopter. They were coming from the south practice area on their way back to Republic Airport after a successful training flight. Reporter the instructor and the student were able to walk away without injury. Dari two families are suing metro north and an engineer for negligence after their loved ones were killed when a train slammed into an suv in valhalla last february. The lawsuit says that a poorly designed crossing and engineer who applied the brakes too slowly caused the deaths. The driver in the suv and five passengers died. And the hoverboards would apply given the fact it would be considered a flammable material or device. Police arrested a man for slashing an elderly woman on the subway in manhattan. The 21yearold is accused of face on the northbound d train monday. Witnesses say he took off when the doors open. The victim had to get 20 stitches. He is chasing charges of assault. Dari police and federal officials have surrounded the oregon Nature Preserve being occupied by antigovernment protestors. This is coming a day after one of the protestors was killed and eight others, including the groups leader, were arrested during a shootout with police and the fbi agents along a highway. Police say the group was headed to a Community Meeting last night when the confrontation happened. Federal agents had set up checkpoints around the area.
