Orlando police say a man shot another man outside of the apartment and took off. Police are still looking for the gunman. Witnesses say he drove away in a burgundy four door chevy impala with stock rims and dark tinted windows. Tonight the man who was shot is condition. The teenager accused of shooting and killing 15yearold antwan davis last week went before a judge today. The 17yearold murder suspect did so with his father by his side. 17yearold Michael Anderson making his first appearance before a judge alongside his father david anderson. Anderson charged with Second Degree murder in the death of 15yearold antwan davis and will spend the next 21 days behind bars. During that time the state attorney will decide whether anderson will be tried as an adult. The victim 15yearold antwan davis was found on the sidewalk just before midnight last deputies say he was killed during a drug deal with anderson and the two knew each other.
