We turn to a developing headline coming in from kansas city tonight where a suspect is facing a murder charge after he opened fire at a packed sports bar, killing one and injuring two, and tonight, questions about whether race was behind the deadly shooting. The 13yearold spoke to telemun telemundo. I thought i was going to die right there because i thought he was going to shoot me because he was mad. Reporter police arriving minutes later, questioning the officers but only rirs arresting two teens who were released. There was insufficient evidence at the time to prove the actions rose. Reporter that officer remains on administrative leave during the investigation. Parents are suing the lapd and Police Department saying that officer shot his gun dangerously close to teenagers.
