The driver then dumped the vehicle in the 1300 block of west pike street and fled on foot. There is now a fullscale search underway. The victim was rushed to Temple University hospital where he was declared dead. This was the scene tonight as the eighthgrade graduated from Chester CommunityCharter School. It was a proud and happy occasion for all students and parents. But it was also an occasion of loss because of who wasnt there. Zinas powell was shot and killed nine days ago, and the search goes on tonight for his killer.
