Im showing what a rational, responsible guy would do. And telling news radio she will meet with garland too. There are some that are unhappy with me. This is just a solemn responsibility. And they believe the democrats can force it to the senate floor telling role call i dont know if they can keep republicans from having a vote. There is no precedence for this, to be the state of the court for a year or year and a half with only eight members. Across the country doctors are on probation for dangerous or unprofessional behavior but a new Consumer Reports says getting details about all of that is not easy. Reporter and registered nurse, ali gorman is live at the big board. Reporter doctors still practicing that are still being disciplined is hard to find out and why. A report from california highlights a weakness in the system when it comes to informing patients. Nearly 500 doctors in california are on probation from offenses from practicing medicine under the influence of Illegal Drugs and Sexual Misconduct with patients and others face charges of negligence leading to botched surgeries and botched deaths. And according to the report safe project. They keep practicing even though they are on probation for serious issues. An investigation shows how hard it is to find the citations, you can check your doctor at the state medical board site. But if you find an action it can be difficult to tell what the reasons are. You have to find and then navigate reams of hard to understand legal documents. User review sites are not much help either and patient reviews can be misleading, at health grades. Com, a gynecologist on probation for negligence including taking out the wrong ovary has three stars out of five. It should be easy for consumers to look at the disciplinary history of their doctors.
