Now the details, a federal indictment for civil Rights Violations was handed down to michael slager, he is charged with shooting unarmed black motorist walter scott in 2015. The incident sparked outrage across the nation. Handcuffs and shackled former south Carolina Police officer Michael Slagger in court indicted in a federal grand jury for the death of michael scott. This is historic, they are saying it stops now. Police brutality stops now. Because there is consequences. Slagger was captured on cell phone video shooting scott. The rare indictment does not site race but that he fired the deadly shots without legal justification. And slager is charged with obstruction of justice
