A man pistol whipped and shot in philadelphia. The police say he operated an unlicensed cab. He picked up two men at 1 40 at 52nd and market. One in the back and one if the front. And when they asked the money for the ride he immediately started to strike the driver with the handgun and told the victim to give it up. They get in the ride and never announced to say where they were going and starts whacking them with the gun. The one in the backseat apparently fired the gun and struck him. He was able to drive to 52nd and chancellor and flagged down officers pour help. He was taken to the hospital and listed in stable condition and the victim was known in the area for driving an unlicensed cab. Its something that people do in parts of the city but sometimes driving a cab period can be a dangerous thing. And police are reviewing surveillance footage. Within the next hour well learn the details in the arrest and conviction of a serial child rapist. A Delaware County man that had at least 12 victims, hugh lukes held underage parties and gave his victims some as young as 12 years old alcohol and drugs. He was 19 years old at the time. Detectives in newcastle delaware says there is yet another atemmed kidnapping and robbery in newark. And it happened outside of an apartment at deacons walk at shelton drive in newark. Neither the victim nor her boyfriend or the previous victims of the other attacks got a good look at the suspect. A man wanted for a delaware murder in 2015 is captured. Bobby taylor was named the suspect in the shooting of in bear. And evade add rest until this weekend. Taylor was arrested in tennessee. A Delaware County day care work was charged after video capturing a horrible incident. It shows the worker pushing a 4yearold girl down a flight of steps, it happened friday evening at child care of the future.
