Developing overnight, people ran for cover when a gunman opened fire outside of an adult nightclub in the citys Port Richmond section. And plenty of people were there to witness the shooting but police say that the witnesses are telling them it looked like there were two to three targets of the shooting but at this point those two to three people have not come forward to police. Theyve checked hospitals and theyve also been looking around the area for anybody that may have been hit by gunfire. Take a look at this video from the scene. This all happened just after 11 15 at the Penthouse Club in the 3,000 block out of caster. Witnesses say a gunman got out of a vehicle, opened fire. All around the club police found strike marks from bullets and also shell casings. Witnesses insider club tell action news they hid for about 30 minutes fearing that they would get hurt. Heres what witnesses told police. There was two or three people. After getting shot at ran back into the club and they ended up getting in a vehicle and leaving this location and they never at this time reported the incident to the police. But the witnesses told us that the shots were fired at these two to three individuals. Reporter and police didnt find any blood at the scene. They have checked with area hospitals. They also say that witnesses told them that that suspect, the gunman, was last seen running down the 3,000 block of castor avenue. If you have any information youre under to contact police. It looks like between now and about 9 oclock or 10 oclock its pushing off the coast and by noon we might even see the clouds thinning out a little bit from about philadelphia up to the north and later in the afternoon theres the chance of even more Sunshine Building in for the tail end of the days, maybe a little snow shower popping through the lehigh valley. 34 degrees is your temperature at 8 oclock. 39 by 10 oclock and then by noon were well into the 40s at 45 and were looking at a high of 50 today probably around 2 oclock. After that temperatures will tumble pretty quickly. Down to 48 by 3 oclock and back to 38 by 6 oclock and it gets breezier during the afternoon as well. High temperatures across the wide region, 46 degrees in allentown, 47 in reading, its 46 degrees in trenton, 50 in philadelphia and down in wilmington, and the upper 40s down the shore. These temperatures are a bit mild for this time of year but obviously youll still want a coat heading around the region. 39 degrees then tomorrow. Big change after a front comes through. It will be cooler. Well have wind chills in the 20s. Those gusts could go 35 to 40 Miles Per Hour but this is not a long lived pattern. Its only one day that weve got to deal with that chilldown and then things start to come back. Well, new here on action news, one person has died and two other people are now sick because of a bacterial infection linked to rat urine in new york city. Two patients were diagnosed in december and one in february with something called lept tow spore rows sis. All three people lived along the same block in the bronx. City officials have taken steps to reduce the rat population in the area but theyre also working to educate residents about this illness. Its scary and now you have to be more cautious about when you walking in and out of the building because i heard it was in the basement. So i dont im scared to go to the basement any ways. The bacterial infection is most commonly spread by some sort of contact with the rat urine. And its usually treatable with antibiotics. Fire at a new jersey marina damaged more than a dozen docked boats. Crews from several nearby towns joined firefighters in belmar monmouth county. They tried to knock counts flames yesterday. Took more than 40 minutes to get the blaze under control. Officials are still trying to determine what sparked the fire but it did not spread to any nearby buildings.
