A road rage incident that started on 76 and ended on the boulevard could land a Philadelphia Police officer in trouble with the law. Officials tell action news that an investigation is underway. Wednesday night and the big story on action news is the altercation between an off duty cop and another driver in the middle of rush hour traffic. Reporter well, internal affairs, of the Philadelphia Police department has the probe, the man that made the complaint contacted Police Yesterday and they told him that a verbal altercation escalated to an alarming degree and the Police Commissioner says that the department is taking the complaint very seriously. The incident played out tuesday afternoon in heavy slow traffic as it moves from the eastbound expressway to the twin bridges to toward the boulevard. The driver of a dark pickup truck cut him off several times and it went down from there.
