And yesterday we saw it spill back on to the vine street expressway and back on to the ben franklin bridge, this afternoon the westbound delay on the vine is starting towards broad street. And on 495 in delaware a crash southbound past 12th street and the right lane is out of commission. And crossing in pilesgrove route 40 is blockd this afternoon because of a crash and downed poll.
