Reporter meanwhile the young mother we spoke with says she can only wonder if things will ever improve for her children. When its time for them to go home they need to go home. They killing each other for nothing. They jealous of each other. Like we wont have a generation gap cause and i dont understand why are they killing each other like that. Reporter now, there are several surveillance cameras in this neighborhood across the area but investigators have not found any video that helps them with the investigation so anyone with any information is asked to call police. Reporting live from mantua, walter perez channel6 action news. Sharrie. Walter, thank you. There are pictures and now video of a man defacing a local house of worship and police want to know who he is. Watch as this man approaches the camera, then makes an obscene gesture. He then turns and begins urinating on the building. This happened early sunday morning just after midnight at the congregation beth solomon. The synagogue is in northeast philadelphia. And there have been a couple of other incidents at this same synagogue in recent months. Police want to talk to this man and say he could be facing charges of vandalism. Very clear picture there so i suspect theyll get him in no time. It is a gray afternoon out there but very much on the warm side. Lets get the very latest from meteorologist adam joseph who is outside for us today. Hey, adam. Yeah, those clouds have raced in. We did see sunshine early on today but those clouds being replaced by higher humidity, thats also sparking a couple showers around the area. As we look at storm tracker6 live double scan you can see locally to the west were dealing with a few light showers anywhere from the northeast extension and central parts of Montgomery County, chester county, Delaware County, northern New Castle County and approaching philadelphia. Again, no the really not really wetting the roads all that much but needing to use that windshield wiper once or twice as they go through. Chris if you can hear me hit the play button so we can show you what else is going on here this evening as well as we move forward with those temperatures cause those temperatures have been in the 80s here this afternoon. Right now 81 degrees in philadelphia. 78 in washington. 78 in pittsburgh. 79 in charleston, West Virginia and near 80 in buffalo as well as syracuse so were not dealing with tremendous summer heat for this point in the year in august and in fact the evening planner we kind of hover around 80 for the next couple hours and then well drop into the mid 70s between eight and 10 oclock and 72 at 11 oclock with those showers continuing to drift in and some can turn a little bit heavier as we go later into those evening hours. We will chat about a little bit of an unsettled day tomorrow. That humidity spikes up and well let you know if were back into the 90s in that sevenday forecast and as i cue a few drops are now falling on my head. Ill head inside for the rest of the forecast coming up in a little bit. Well get you an umbrella. Adam thanks. Time to talk about the traffic report. Lets go live to gina gannon. Hi, brian and sharrie. Really nice day overall if youre traveling on the roads. Its pretty quiet. Our delays are out there but really nothing significant as of yet. Lets take a look at the wide metro map. We have red and slow speeds but mostly on the northbound side of 95 we always have that delay and also dont forget we have construction on the westbound side of the walt whitman bridge out there blocking one lane but looks like youre in the green so delay free as of right now. The vine crowded along with the schuylkill expressway. 6 miles per hour. I want to he should you the schuylkill expressway. Look at this gridlock youre facing if youre traveling on the westbound side of 76 right at the roosevelt boulevard it is bumper to bumper. You can see between the vine and the blue route about 20 minutes. This right now is our biggest delay were seeing on your major roads but on the eastbound side looks like youre good to go. Once you go from the roosevelt boulevard out to belmont you will hit the brakes and then again right around the conshohocken curve. Lets show you the vine street expressway i like what im seeing. As you can see that eastbound side hanging on delay free right there and typically we dont say at this time of the hour but that that westbound side heavy from 24 up through 76 just a slight delay there. Brian and sharrie back to you. Gina thank you. Still ahead on action news at 4 00 an alcohol crackdown in mexico.
