Reporter bill cosby is scheduled to be here in court this afternoon. Were expecting that his legal team will ask a judge to throw out two key pieces of evidence. Its also possible that the judge sets a trial date. Bill cosby heads back to Montgomery County courthouse today for a pretrial hearing. The 79yearold actor is charged with drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constand in 2004 at his cheltenham home. Couldnt cosby says the pills were benadryl. His legal team is pushing for the judge to express testimony from constands 2005 lawsuit. During the civil deposition cosby allegedly admitted to a series of Extramarital Affairs and said he obtained quaaludes to give women he wanted to have sex with. His attorneys say he only agreed to testify in a civil suit because then d. A. Bruce castor promised he wouldnt prosecute the case. However, prosecutors have argued successfully so far that no valid nonprosecution agreement was in place.
