Looks like a piece of the car there all blocking the left lane currently theyre blocking two lanes, lets see theyre allowing some of this traffic to get by but you could see how quickly were backing up on the vine street expressway eastbound past the schuylkill youll be dealing with this as you head towards broad street. Overnight she revealed shes had her ovaries and fallopian tuesday tubes removed. Its her latest move to head off cancer. Shes written another oped in the New York Times just as she did two years ago when she had both breasts removed. She has a mutation that puts her at a higher risk of having breast and ovarian cancer. In the times oped jolie said she had blood work done and showed that she was still at risk so she went in for that surgery last week she wrote in part i will not be able to have any more children and i expect some physical changes but i feel at ease with whatever will come not because im strong but because this is part of life. Its nothing to be feared. Two years ago after that double mastectomy jolie said she would probably make this move of having her ovaries month removed. Shes trying to stop the disease that took her mother, grandmother and her aunt. Gma of course will continue the breaking coverage of Angelina Jolies latest medical move. Its something that will have a lot of women talking. Thats coming up right after action news. Developing here on action news rescuers had to pull two people out of a car in south jersey. It slammed sideways into a tree. The action cam was there moments after crews pulled the driver and a passenger to safety. It happened along greentree road in Washington Township Gloucester County at 1 00 a. M. There was no word on the victims condition or what caused the driver to lose control. And police are still trying to track down this man who they say held up a gas station in upper chichester Delaware County and didnt stop there. As the bandit drove away yesterday morning a customer in the store tried to chase him down. The robber backed up and ran that person over, put in it forward and ran over the man again. The victim is hospitalized. The robber is still at large. The Justice Department says poor training has left Philadelphia Police with the mistaken belief that fearing for their lives alone is justification for using deadly force. A new federal report took a closer look at the more than 400 officerinvolved shootings in the city since 2007. Most of the people shot were black and nearly 100 of them were killed. The report which the city had commissioned found that there is significant strife and distrust between the police and residents. Philadelphia police are still looking for a group of young people that brutally attacked a teenager at a septa subway station in center city. Reporter dann cuellar has video that of fight and the late he have on the investigation. Reporter the attack happened on the septa subway northbound platform at broad and locust. A mob of teens swarmed around the 15yearold victim and suddenly jumped him. They leap on him punching and kicking as he tries to get away. From the video looks like six or seven may have been punching and kicking him. As he fled away from them he slipped. Thats when he started to get kicked. Reporter police say the assault took place last thursday just before 4 30 and began in the 400 block of south broad. The victim was walking with his friend and two girls when they attracted the mobs attention. Apparently something was said towards the females i believe that sparked something between the complainant and the offenders. Reporter police say the four ran in Different Directions the victim ran down to the subway and tried to blend in with the rest of the crowd but it didnt work. Oh, my goodness. The death of a dirt bike rider is a tragic reminder of the reason that two wheelers are banned from there street. The dirt bike slammed head on into a suv in the 7200 block of hawthorne street in philadelphias mayfair section yesterday. A woman riding on the back of the bike was injured. The driver was killed. Witnesses say they saw the bike speeding even racing up onto the sidewalk. The other driver involved Kevin Keating said the biker seem distracted. Didnt see them until the last minute and i dont know if i closed my eyes when the impact happened and i slammed my brakes. I just know he wasnt looking at me, looked like he was looking back towards cottman avenue. The deadly crash happened just days after a crackdown on illegal dirt bikes and atvs in the city. The stuff in oxford southern Chester County and over towards New Castle County delaware is really turning into a dark shade of gray and youre seeing a lot of holes in that as well so i think thats where the flurries are. Down south maybe a brief snow shower this morning but its not going the last that much longer. Cloudy skies across the region. As we take a look outside on sky 6 theres the airport but we expect those morning clouds to give way to increased sunshine today. 32 is your current temperature in philadelphia. As we take a look at the way temperatures are going to roll today, well be in the 30s during the morning, 30 degrees by 8 oclock, 34 by 11 oclock but then well spend the afternoon in the 40s much like yesterday, a high of 45 probably late in the day around 4 oclock and Still Holding i dont and to 44 by 5 oclock this afternoon.
